Building Faith....Building Friendships
It is important to all of us at Bethel that children know just how important they are as individuals and how much they are loved by Jesus and their family. We focus on not only teaching, but showing children how to build and grow in their faith and character through community service and by building relationships with those around us and in our community.
Our Sunday School Classes are geared with just the right balance of Bible story time, music, adventure time and creative play! Join us, Sundays from 9:40 - 10:45 a.m. Parents are always welcome to join during class.
9:45-10:00 Large Group (Everyone meets in Large Group/Music Room)
10:00 - 10:40 Small Groups (Children go to their classes for small group lesson time)
10:40-10:50 Music and Closing (Children return to music room for worship. Parents may pick up their children from music room)
45ers (4th and 5th Graders)
Our older elementary group, 45ers, serves as an opportunity for those heading into Confirmation age, to have increased support and nurturing of the friendships that they are developing during Sunday School. We meet every other Wednesday evening from 6:30-8 p.m. Activities include: Devotions, Community Service Projects and fun social outings and events that bring together kids from other congregations in the area!
Mandy Toms, Family and Children's Ministry Director
Join us every Sunday from 9:45 - 10:45! Each week we learn something new and exciting about Jesus! We learn through songs, games, hands on experiments and so much more! The curriculum we are using is continuing on from our Spring Semester. It is called "Digging into The Life of Jesus" by Group Publishing.
There is just SO much to learn about WHO Jesus is and WHAT He has done for us!
